Shipping Policy
Order processing
  • We process orders within 1–2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time and applies before carriers pick up the package.
Shipping methods and delivery times
  • Standard Shipping: estimated 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated 2–3 business days.
  • Other shipping options may be offered at checkout depending on your location.
  • Delivery estimates depend on your delivery address and the carrier; delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Shipping charges and free shipping
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, package weight/size, and chosen shipping method.
International shipping
  • We ship internationally to selected countries. International rates and delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
Order tracking
  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor delivery status on the carrier’s website.
Shipping restrictions
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have destination-based shipping restrictions (for example, perishable items or restricted goods). These restrictions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery issues and claims
  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact us promptly at rcdryfruits@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9505280446. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve delivery problems. For damaged items, please keep packaging and photographed evidence for claims.
Incorrect address and returns to sender
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify the address.
Lost packages
  • If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. We may request confirmation from the carrier before issuing replacements or refunds.
