At RC Dryfruits & Spices, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Replacement & Refund

A replacement or refund will be considered only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A 360° continuous unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) starting before opening the package.
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.

After verification, we will replace only the affected product or issue a refund for that product, whichever is deemed appropriate by RC Dry Fruits.

Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance.
  • Claims submitted without the required unboxing video.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
