Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at rcdryfruits@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9505280446.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, please follow our returns process once you receive the order.
Replacement and Exchange policyWe have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Refunds for defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and 360 degree opening video of the item and packaging.
After verification, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns and eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened (unless damaged), and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), in which case we will cover return shipping.
Returns should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) where applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
How to initiate a return or refund

We will respond with return instructions and the next steps.
If you request a replacement and it is approved, we aim to dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed on rcdryfruits.com.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Perishable items or items marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or violation of product instructions are not eligible for refund.
Lost-in-transit and shipping claims
If a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will follow the outcome of the carrier investigation.
